International Day against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking was observed in the campus by the National Integration Forum in association with All College Students Association, Mangalore on June 26, 2024.

Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP – Traffic, Mangaluru) Najma Farooqi was the resource person. She created awareness on the various challenges associated with drug abuse.

She explained the instances of how individuals struggle with substance use disorders and the consequences of drug trafficking on organized crime along with the far-reaching and complex impact of drugs on the younger generation.
