Institute organised a Workshop on “New Labour Codes: The way forward” in association with IISDR(Indian Institute For Skill Development and Research) on 18/05/2026. The Resource person for the session was Shri. Arun Kumar S, Assistant Manager- HR , MRPL , Mangalore.
The Guest of Honour was Dr. Steevan Pinto, Convenor , IISDR and Ms. Arundathi Hegde, Deputy Director, IISDR.

The speaker highlighted on the consolidated 29 old laws into 4 labour codes and elaborately explained students on these modifications. The session was highly informative to both teachers and students with a lot of takeaways. The programme was Coordinated by Dr.Ramya Shetty, Assistant Professor. Director of the Institute Dr.Seema S Shenoy presided over the programme.
