Workshop on “Interview interfaces” was organized for the students of II MBA under Training and Placement Cell on 11th February, 2025. The resource persons were Mr.Naveen L N, Assistant General Manager, IDBI Bank and Dr.Malini Hebbar, Principal, Swastika National Business School. Mr. Naveen provided valuable insights from his experience in the corporate world, highlighting the essential skills and strategies students must adopt to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Dr. Malini Hebbar emphasized the importance of soft skills and offered practical tips for personal grooming, enabling students to present themselves effectively. Additionally, mock interviews were conducted by the resource experts with randomly selected students, providing constructive feedback that can greatly enhance their interview performance.
