The Training and Placement cell of the institute organised a workshop on ‘Interview Ready: Strategies for Success’ on 4th February, 2026 from 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM for II MBA students to enhance their interview skills and boost their confidence for upcoming placement sessions. The resource person, Mr.Abhilash Kshatriya, Founder & Proprietor, Abhijnya Education, Mangaluru discussed the interview process and illuminated the interviewer’s expectations and perspectives, offering rich insights that are vital for navigating the complexities of the hiring landscape. Overall, the workshop was well-received, with students expressing increased preparedness and enthusiasm for future interviews. Dr.Shaini Naveen, Assistant Professor and Placement incharge coordinated the workshop.
