A survey was conducted as a part of Industry Academia program where a few students conducted a survey on Customer Service & Facilities on behalf of  Indian Overseas Bank – Kottara Branch on 19th November 2019. It gave our students real world exposure and they learnt a lot from this project. Banking Industry is undergoing a major paradigm shift in our country right now. Competition amongst banks have increased too.  Thus this research was of high importance.  All in all, the program was very well received by all the stakeholders.
