Institute inaugurated the NSS(National Service Scheme) Unit and organized a Chalo Pathashala – Skin Health Awareness programme in association with Indian Association with Dermatologists, Venerologists and Leprologists and IADVLK EC & Community Dermatology -2024 on 24/12/2024 . DR.Narendra Kamath, Dermatologist,-CUTIS, inaugurated the NSS unit and gave a talk on the topic “Beauty is not Skin deep”. The speaker gave lot of insights on skin care, skin disease and also highlighted on certain precautionary tips to be taken in order to protect the skin. Students and Faculty members had lot of queries about skin care and the resource person clarified their doubts. Dr. Seema S. Shenoy Director of the institute presided over the function and the faculty coordinator Mrs. Ramya Shetty was present during the occasion. Ms. Neha student of I MBA, compered the programme.
