IQAC of the institute organized a Faculty Development Programme on Wellness through Yoga on 10th June 2024 in the conference hall. The teaching and Non- teaching staff of the institute participated in the workshop. Yogarathna Delampady sir along with his disciples Suma and Subhadra trained the faculty members in few asanas for health. Shri Delampady gave an insight into Yoga and health and also mentioned about Mudras which could be useful to us.
