On 10^th October 2019, Alumni teacher activity was conducted for the first Year MBA students. Ms. Prapti Shetty, Faculty of Shree devi Institute and TATA certified soft skill trainer  was the alumni faculty. In the economic system, price is the mechanism for allocating resources and reflecting the degrees of both risk and competition. A business can use a variety of pricing strategies when selling a product or service. Ms. Prapti explained the concept of pricing strategies in business.  Further she explained the different types of Pricing Strategies which included Competition-Based Pricing, Cost-Plus Pricing, Dynamic Pricing, Premium Pricing, High-Low Pricing, Skimming Pricing and Penetration Pricing.
