A talk on “The Essence & Dynamics of Leadership” was conducted on 11^th October 2019 by Mr. Hardik P.Chauhan – Alumni of SDM PG Centre from the Batch of 2012-14 who is presently working as Asst.Professor in Canara Degree College, Mangaluru. It was organized by the faculty Mr. Dawn Prakash as a part of his Alumni Teacher Interaction for his subject – Principles & Practices of Management (H401). Mr. Hardik gave a brief importance of Leadership in today’s context and the various traits and skills needed by leaders to combat the present and future business world. It was organized for the 1^st MBA “A” Section Students who found the session quite useful.
