SDM College of Business Management Post Graduate Centre for Management Studies and Research, Mangaluru inaugurated their All-India level inter collegiate management, cultural and sports fest ‘Shreshta 2024’ with a theme ‘ASTROVISTA’ on the 20th August 2024
SHRESHTA-2024 was inaugurated by chief guest, Captain Brijesh Chowta the newly elected Member of Parliament. He congratulated the students for their leadership and encouraged them to take up entrepreneurship and take India to the third largest economy. The Alumna guest was Ms.Nihala Ahamed, Senior Product Manager- Chalhoub group, Dubai who inspired her fellow matés with her journey of success.
This year, the fest included not only Management events but also Cultural and Sports events, giving opportunities for both UG & PG students to participate. Seven management events, three sports and six cultural events are organized for which 35 PG and UG colleges participated with more than 300
students in the campus. Director Dr. Seema S. Shenoy presided over the programme and Dr.Prameela S Shetty, Associate Professor, SDM PG Centre, was the faculty coordinator. Ms.Sonali and Mr.Manish Bangera served as the student coordinators.
