A talk on “Soft Skills” was conducted on 12^th October 2018 by Mr. Sagar Srinivas – Alumni of SDM PG Centre from the Batch of 2010-12 who is presently working as Asst.Professor in Srinivas University, Mangaluru. It was organized by the faculty Mr. Dawn Prakash as a part of his Alumni Teacher Interaction for his subject – Principles & Practices of Management. Mr. Sagar gave a brief importance of soft skills for leaders and managers in today’s era.
