“It is important to be aware and alert of fraudulent sites which promise customers to get their passports quickly and charge heavily” said Mr. Nagaraj Bhat, Manager at Passport Seva Kendra, Mangaluru at the workshop conducted for the benefit of I MBA students at SDM PG Centre, Mangaluru on 18^th October, 2019. Students were oriented on the importance of approaching the Kendra directly for their passports. The students were advised to avoid dealing with agents or fraudulent websites which may be making false promises of getting the passports done quickly, even without proper documents. He said that the new process was aimed at students comfort and improvement in delivery of services. Mr. Roshan Shetty, Service Executive advised students on requisite documents in order to apply for passport. Dr. Seema S. Shenoy, Director, SDM PG Centre, Mangaluru was present on the occasion. Mrs. Deepa Nayak P., Assistant Professor, co-ordinated the workshop. Mr. Jawad Khan compeered the programme.
