The Holistic Wellness Club of SDM MBA organized a community outreach programme near Kadri Park, Mangaluru, to promote mental health awareness. Through meaningful interactions with the public, our students spread the message of mental well-being, stress management, and the importance of seeking timely support. Together, we can break the stigma and build a healthier community.
