A team of first year MBA students, accompanied by Dr. Harshitha K., Assistant Professor, attended the PP Gomathi Memorial Oration 2026 on the theme ‘Thinking as Dissent: Some Thoughts on Language and the World’ on June 9th, 2016, at Town Hall in Mangaluru.

The programme was organised by PP Gomathi Memorial Education Trust, Mangaluru, in association with Mangalore University and All Research/ Study Centres, Mangalagangothri, Dakshina Kannada District Sahithya Parishath, and the DK District Working Journalists Union, Mangaluru.

The programme also featured the felicitation of Deepa Bhasthi, acclaimed writer and recipient of the International Booker Prize.
