A workshop on “Mastering the Art of Group Discussion: Tips and Strategies” was held at the institute on December 17th, 2025 . Ms.Vidya Shenoy, Certified PoSH trainer was the resource person. The students were organized into groups for discussion and evaluated according to specific parameters. The resource person provided thoughtful feedback to each group, inspiring them to transform their areas of weakness into opportunities for growth. Through this collaborative process, the students not only gained knowledge but also discovered the power of teamwork and self-improvement. This experience ignited their curiosity and motivated them to pursue excellence beyond the classroom. Dr.Shaini Naveen, Assistant Professor and Placement incharge coordinated the workshop.
