Institute organised the AICTE–ATAL Six-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled *“Fostering Brilliance: Life Skills for Women’s Professional Excellence”

Institute inaugurated the AICTE–ATAL Six-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Fostering Brilliance: Life Skills for Women’s Professional Excellence” on December 15, 2025

This Onlne FDP is sponsored by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the ATAL Academy and is organized in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education initiative. It ill be conducted from December 15 to 20, 2025.

The FDP aims to equip women faculty members with essential life skills, focusing on mental health, stress management, leadership and overall well-being.

The Online FDP was formally inaugurated by Mrs. Shraddha Amith, Executive Director, Kshemavana Naturopathy & Yoga Institute, Bengaluru. In her inaugural address, Mrs. Amith emphasized the importance of holistic well-being, emotional balance and life skills in achieving professional excellence, particularly for women in academia and leadership roles.

Drawing from her rich experience, she highlighted the need for self-awareness, resilience and mindful practices to sustain personal and professional growth.

The inauguration was held under the guidance of Dr. Seema S. Shenoy, Director, and Coordinated by Dr. Harshitha Assistant Professor and Mrs. Deepa Nayak P., Assistant Professor & Faculty Co-Coordinator.

Faculty members from various institutions across the country participated in the first days deliberations.

The insightful and engaging contribution of Mrs. Shraddha Amith set an inspiring tone for the FDP, marking a meaningful beginning to a programme dedicated to empowering women professionals through knowledge, reflection and holistic development.
