SDM Entrepreneurship Development Cell organized a Workshop on “Trailblazer Talks: Learning from Multi-Domain Entrepreneurs”, Session-2: “Cross-Industry Trailblazers” for First year and Second Year MBA students on 8th December 2025. Dr. Nishan Shashidharan; Digital Brand Strategist & Independent Music Artist was the resource speaker for the workshop. He emphasized the significance of Industries shifting fast, AI changing jobs, New Hybrid roles. He also emphasized that only multi-skill leaders win in this competitive era. He also mentioned that Trailblazers move across industries, transfer deep skills, bring fresh thinking and create new value. He also mentioned that Trailblazers break Traditional Thinking, cross pollinate ideas, drive innovation and solve unique problems. Also mentioned about the core skills of cross-industry leaders.
