Corporate Club of the institute organised a Workshop on ‘Leadership Starts With You: Grooming And Hygiene For Career Readiness’ on 19th May, 2025. Ms. Shavina Soans, Soft skills Trainer was the resource person. Ms. Shavina spoke on the importance of good grooming and personal hygiene. She added that they are crucial for a professional image and career readiness. They demonstrate attention to detail, self-care and respect for the workplace, contributing to a confident and credible professional presence. “A well-groomed individual projects a sense of competence and professionalism, which can positively influence first impressions and build relationships” she said.
