The Training and Placement cell of the institute organised a  workshop on ‘Effective Interview Techniques’ on 7th  February, 2025 from for II MBA  students to enhance the understanding of interview fundamentals. The resource person, Ms.Vichelle Monteiro, Senior HR Business Partner, Novigo Solutions, Mangaluru  discussed the interview process and illuminated the interviewer’s expectations and perspectives, offering rich insights that are vital for navigating the complexities of the hiring landscape.  Dr. Shaini Naveen, Faculty coordinator of Training and Placement Cell  and Mr. Prashanth Kumar, Assistant Professor coordinated the session.
