Inaugural of national conference 2016 on “Great Place to work” began at 9.am with the prayer and thereby following with welcome speech by the director after which the introduction of inaugurator Mr.H.Kumar was made by Mr Ashwin V. Rao chief guest of the inaugural programme Dr. N.R. parashuraman was introduced by Ms. Shivani Pai.Mr.Manuel D’Souza keynote speaker was introduced by Ms.AishwaryaV.Rao,Alumni Guest Dr. Chaitra Shetty was introduced by Ms.Payaswini All the guests were welcomed thereafter which was then followed by lighting the lamp by all the guest, award of certificates to Rank Holders were given by the chief guests.Dr Savitha Pereira faculty coordinator of national conference gave brief note about the conference. Director Dr Devraj k gave away the presidential address where in he stressed on the points that employees are the kings of their own career success of an organization mainly depends upon the talent recognition 360 degree development total freedom and growth of the employees. Ms Moheeza Zabeen proposed the vote of thanks at the end of the inaugural.
